Card blocking facility during emergencies
Click on the Inventory module and select Loyalty => Select the option Loyalty card, then it opens to Loyalty card search => Click on +New Card Master to create a new card => Enter the details of the card name, card amount, card points and point values, etc. => After entering the details, click on Save to create a new card master
Go to the inventory module and select loyalty => From loyalty sub-options select loyalty customer => Then loyalty customer search form opens and selects a new loyalty customer => In the new loyalty customer form select loyalty card name which is already defined in the loyalty card form => Then enter the loyalty card number that the user wants to allocate to the customer
Go to the inventory module and select loyalty => From loyalty, sub-options select loyalty customer => Then loyalty customer search form opens and all the created loyalty customer data will be available there => Click on the plus icon left side of the table to know the reward point summary
Yes. You can create a card scheme with endless dates. => Click on the Inventory module and select Loyalty => Select the option Card Scheme, then it opens to Loyalty card scheme search => Click on +New Card Scheme to create a new scheme => Select the details like card name, Product/category, Items (if select product type scheme) => To set the endless date, select the starting date without a select the end date => Select the HO and branches for the scheme availability (Under branch concept) => After entering the details, click on Save to create a new card scheme
Go to the inventory module and select loyalty => From loyalty sub-options select card info => Then loyalty card info search form opens => Then click on more options on the related card-click block
