WEIGHING SCALE DATA IN ACCOXI

In Accoxi, the Weighing Scale Data form allows users to export product details in a format compatible with weighing machines. Weighing machines are utilized to measure the weight of products, and to seamlessly integrate products in Accoxi with the weighing machine setup, the Weighing Scale Data form serves as a tool for exporting product details in the specified format compatible with the weighing machine.

To access the Weighing Scale Data form, follow these steps:

Navigate to the "Inventory" module.
Within the Inventory module, select "Weighing Scale Data."

This will lead you to the Weighing Scale Data form, where you can manage and export product details in a format compatible with weighing machines.

Weighing scale data

Field	Description
Category	Through the Category option, users can choose from the categories they have created, including the products assigned to each respective category.
Subcategory	Additionally, users have the ability to filter items by utilizing the Subcategory option.
Product	In this section, users can choose specific products, and the products can be filtered based on their category and subcategory.
Search	Utilize the search option to locate products based on the entered keywords.
Export	Click on the export option to initiate the export of product data. Users have the flexibility to export customized product data columns according to their preferences.
Settings	Select the settings button to navigate to the Weighing Scale Settings. Within the settings, users can enable or disable specific product details columns for export and set the number of weight digits, among other options.
#	The section below displays the serial number for the data table.
Product Name	Under this section, you will find a listing of the product names.
Batch Code	This section contains the batch codes for the listed products.
Barcode	The barcode for the product is listed in this section.
MRP	The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the selected products is listed under this column.
Rate	The sales rate of the selected products is displayed under this column.
Clear	This button is utilized to reset or clear the data entered in the weighing scale data form.
Refresh	Use this button to refresh the page.
Exit	This button is used to exit from the weighing scale data form.

To export weighing scale data, follow these steps:

Navigate to the "Inventory" section and select "Weighing Scale Data."
Choose the category and subcategory of the products you wish to export.
From the product list, select the specific products you want to include in the export.
Utilize the settings to enable or disable specific product details columns as needed.
Click on the "Export" button to initiate the data export process.
