Manage SMS templates in Accoxi
For the ease of sending text messages to multiple customers with similar content, you can make use of an SMS template. Templates define the structure and content of a message where some of it is predetermined while some content can be added while sending the message.
Accoxi is having an exclusive feature to send SMS for invoices, bills, payments, etc. Users can set automatic SMS notifications for their customers using the ACCOXI SMS feature. SMS template in Accoxi helps the user to set the type of template / information that should be included in the SMS. Users can access SMS Template from Settings -> General head -> SMS Template
