Organizational units are used to structure business functions and for reporting. Cost centers and profit centers are both reasons for which a business becomes successful. OU in ACCOXI is very helpful for the business to make a monthly wise analysis of your cost Center and profit Center data and allocation can be made according to user’s needs. Users can easily identify which profit Center generates more profit and which cost Center involves more cost through pictorial representation. The bar chart represents profit Center data and the pie chart indicates cost Center data.

OU DASHBOARD

OU dashboard indicates an overview of an organization unit. It shows monthly wise profit Center and cost Center analysis which helps the user for easy generation and analysis of Profit/cost of their Organization Units. Mapped product profit is one of the important features of OU in ACCOXI. It facilitates users to know about their product-wise profit in an organizational unit.

 

OU SEARCH

‘Organization Unit search’ in Accoxi provides a list of created Organization Unit and OU type, which is whether cost Center or profit Center. Suppose if a user has multiple organization units then he can easily create separate OU for each under Add new option. Users can sort out the details of a particular OU with the help of a filter option.

 

MONTHLY ANALYSIS

OU REPORT

OU Report is a form under Organization Unit. This form helps the user to generate an OU Report of profit/cost center data. It facilitates with the information like Income, Expenses, Gross profit or loss, and GL/GP Percentage of each organization unit created.
With the help of this form, users can understand and analyze both profit and cost center OU’s, monthly wise analysis of their income/expense and GP/GL.
