It allows users can arrange the product in a rack wise manner.
Rack in ACCOXI is used to enter the Rack Name of a product. User can arrange the product in a rack wise manner. It can be created and viewed from Inventory Module -> Rack.
Products are added in Accoxi alongside Brand, Category, Product Type, Group etc. Rack in Accoxi guides in entering the Rack Name of a product. Rack can be accessed from the Inventory Module in the Accoxi dashboard and is another systematised form for arranging items. Creating Product Rack is an easy task , but this video will guide you more on how Racks can be created in Accoxi.
OPTIONS AVAILABLE IN RACK MENU:
By clicking inventory module and selecting RACK menu user will be redirected to a RACK window where the user will be able to view all the products rack data created.
1. FILTER
The filter option in the RACK search window helps the user to filter the RACK data shown in the window
2. NEW
A new rack can be created by clicking on the New Rack option.
Steps to add a NEW RACK:

To save the new rack created, Save button can be used |
Cancel |
To cancel the data entered in new rack window |
Exit |
This button exits from whole rack window. |

3. REFRESH
If your latest data is not displayed, click on the refresh icon on the top left corner of the page to fetch the new data.
4. EXPORT
The rack list can be exported to Excel format. Click on the Export button at the top right corner near the +New button. Select the file location and click on save.
5. COLOUR FILTER
The inactive racks will appear in the search in red color.
6. Edit
To edit the rack data this option can be easily accessed and it will redirect the user to change the rack name column and the user can update the rack name and status of the rack
7.Pagination Control
It controls the page navigation and the page size. Page size can be set to 10, 20, 50 or 100. By giving page number in the box and clicking on Go button, user jumps to the said page.
8. Exit
Below the pagination control, there is exit button. If you want to exit the rack search page click on exit button.
You cannot delete Rack data once created. It can only be edited.
